Buy Washington City Paper and transform it into a non-profit membership organization.
The recent unfortunate news about the City Paper has inspired some new ideas.

The Washington City Paper announced pay cuts, a reduction of some staffers’ hours, and via Andrew Beaujon, we know the owner is looking to sell the paper, too. What a shame. I’m a regular reader and wish them well.
“More with less,” I guess.
